Veena Sood has studied and worked with famed improv master Keith Johnstone for nearly 40 years, studying with Johnstone at the University of Calgary, and then furthering his work through her teachings. Veena helped co-found Calgary’s Loose Moose Theatre Company under the artistic directorship of Keith, where they created the format Theatresports™.

She has taught improv workshops to the animators at Industrial Light and Magic, Lucas Film/Disney, Canada’s Women In the Director’s Chair (WIDC) program, has been an on-set acting coach, as well as been an improv instructor at North Vancouver's Capilano University's Acting Programme.

Veena has developed exceptionally effective tools to unlock creativity and spontaneity through her classes. Veena’s Improv classes are all based on the spirit and philosophy of the Keith Johnstone system. In Veena’s workshops you will:
